You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><b>Corn-Bread-Pecan Stuffing for Turkey<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i>Makes 8 to 10 servings (for a 12 lb turkey).<br \/>\nPreparation time: 30 minutes.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00bc cup butter<br \/>\n6 green onions, chopped<br \/>\n3 jalape\u00c3\u00b1o peppers, seeded and sliced<br \/>\n3 stalks celery, chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 cup pecan pieces<br \/>\n1 cup chopped fresh parsley<br \/>\n1 Tb crumbled dried sage<br \/>\n1 tsp dried marjoram<br \/>\n1 tsp dried thyme<br \/>\n1 tsp pepper<br \/>\nherbed corn bread (see separate recipe)<br \/>\n1\u00c2\u00bd cups chicken or turkey stock<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add onions, jalapeno peppers, celery, and garlic; cook, stirring, 10 minutes, until softened.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in pecans, parsley, sage, marjoram, thyme, and pepper; remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in corn bread cubes and chicken or turkey stock.<\/li>\n<li>Stuffing can be prepared up to one day ahead; refrigerate, covered, until just before cooking turkey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em><strong>Note: wear rubber gloves when handling hot peppers.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Przepraszamy, ten wpis jest dost\u0119pny tylko w j\u0119zyku Ameryka\u0144ski Angielski.
